Blue Billywig accelerates global expansion plans with opening of new Singapore office
Blue Billywig today announces its official launch in Asia with the opening of a new office in Singapore. Kevin Smith, a key driver of the company’s European success, has been appointed as Country Manager and will relocate to spearhead operations in the region.
While already working with clients across the globe, including a growing list of partners in APAC, the move marks, on the month of its 15th anniversary, Blue Billywig's first physical presence outside of Europe, with offices already in the Netherlands and Sweden, and plans for further global expansion in the near future.
With video consumption only set to grow further in the coming years, and APAC leading the way in this regard, independent media companies and brands need more than just a video platform, but also a team of experts who will proactively help them navigate the complexities of the market in order to maximise their potential. Blue Billywig will take on this role in the region, with a focus on high service levels, customer satisfaction, and offering unique video solutions that are designed to align with the needs of the marketplace.
Kevin Fox, Director Media Solutions at Blue Billywig, commented
‘I’m extremely proud to be able to announce the opening of our new Singapore office. We’re very excited to be able to offer closer support to our current clientele in the region, as well as adding to our customer base and helping more companies implement successful video strategies with our extensive OVP offering. Kevin Smith is a veteran of the digital video arena, and his successful track record and vast knowledge will be a valuable addition and asset to the Southeast Asian market and the wider APAC region.’
Kevin Smith added off his move
‘APAC is the epicentre of the digital video revolution, and I’m delighted to have the opportunity to launch the new office and deliver highly innovative products and best in class service to our clients in the region. I really look forward to building out a team of video experts, and working closely with companies across the region, ensuring that they capture the value of their video offerings.’
