Our all-in-one video platform offers everything from video management, OTT, live streaming, and advanced advertising solutions. We have grown rapidly in recent years, but our ambitions go further. That’s why we are looking for you as a Technical Success Engineer to elevate both our customers and our platform to an even higher level.
Who are you?
- You have 2-5 years of experience in a technical support, QA, implementation, or development role within the Tech industry
- You have an affinity for software, APIs, debugging, and technical integrations
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, JSON/XML, and/or API tools is a plus
- You work accurately, are structured, and think solution-oriented
- You are a strong communicator and can clearly explain technical issues to both customers and colleagues
- You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Dutch is also a plus.
- Affinity with video, streaming, or media tech is a plus
What will you do?
As a Technical Success Engineer, you are the technical linchpin between our customers and our internal teams. You investigate technical issues thoroughly, assist with complex technical questions, and ensure structural problems are resolved. Additionally, you support our development team with testing new releases and documenting new features.
You combine customer focus with technical depth and directly contribute to the quality, stability, and continued development of our platform.
Your responsibilities:
- Analyzing, reproducing, and debugging technical issues reported by customers
- Handling complex 1st, 2nd and 3rd-line support tickets
- Supporting customers with technical questions about our platform, APIs, integrations, and video players
- Registering, prioritizing, and following up on incidents and bugs
- Liaising with Product Owners and developers to resolve issues quickly and structurally
- Testing new releases and features before launch
- Executing regression and acceptance testing
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation and release notes
- Identifying recurring issues and opportunities for improvement within the platform
- Actively contributing to the quality improvement of our product and processes
- Serving as a technical sparring partner for Customer Success, Sales, and Product
