Auto import YouTube Transcripts
Currently, there already is the option to import videos from YouTube directly into your own Online Video Platform. We have improved this feature to now also include the automatic transcript YouTube provides. If this transcript is available, it will automatically be added and be made available as a subtitle track option. This feature improvement is in line with our commitment to help our users provide video content that is available to the entire population in accordance with the WCAG standards.
Record your livestreams
When streaming live, you might not be able to reach your entire viewing audience, for example due to time differences. In case you want to make the stream available for viewing later, it is now possible to record a livestream. The livestream will be saved in the Online Video Platform and can later be published if you wish to do so.
Add playback speed
Let your viewers be in charge and let them decide at what speed they want to watch your video content. Playouts can now be configured to show ‘playback speed’ as an option. This allows your viewers to alter the playback speed, slowing down or speeding up the playback of the video or audio.
